Is it really a single payment?
Yes. You pay once for each memorial and it stays online for life. We do not bill you again for that memorial.
When do I pay?
Not at sign-up. You can enter the name, dates and main photo and preview the memorial first. Payment is taken when you choose to complete it.
Which currency will I be charged in?
British pounds in the UK, Australian dollars in Australia and US dollars everywhere else. The checkout page shows the currency and amount before you confirm.
Do I pay again for a second memorial?
Yes. The price is per memorial, so a memorial for each parent, for example, is two payments.
How much is a memorial for a pet?
US$29, £19 in the UK or A$39 in Australia, also paid once. A pet memorial has its own gallery, timeline, tributes and QR code.
