Forever In Our Hearts

Online funeral guest book

A Guest Book Everyone Can Sign From Their Phone

Guests scan a code at the service and leave a message with a photo. Relatives who couldn't travel sign it from home.

More Than a Signature

A paper guest book collects names and a line or two, then goes into a drawer. Online, a guest has room to tell the story of how they met, and to attach the photograph the family has never seen.

The entries sit together on the memorial's tributes page, where the family can read them whenever they like.

How Guests Sign at the Service

  1. Set up the memorial

A name, dates and a photo are all it takes before the service. Turn tributes on so guests are able to write.

  2. Put the code where guests gather

Print the QR sheet from the Memorial Hub for the entrance table, or add the code to the funeral program.

  3. Guests write from their phones

They scan, type a message, add a photo if they have one and give their name. There is no account to create.

It Stays Open After the Day

Plenty of people think of what they wanted to say on the drive home. The guest book doesn't close when the service ends, so they can add it that evening, and others can write on a birthday or an anniversary.

You can be sent an email each time someone writes.

Part of Their Memorial

The guest book is one page of a full memorial. The same payment covers the obituary, a timeline, a photo gallery and the service details, all behind the QR code your guests scanned.

One Payment, Kept for Life

Pay once and the memorial stays online for good. No subscription, no renewals and no hidden fees.

Questions About the Online Guest Book

Is this a separate guest book product?

No. Guests write on the tributes page of the memorial, which does the job of a guest book: a name, a message and an optional photo from each person. It is part of every memorial at no extra charge.

What does a guest need in order to sign?

A phone with a camera and an internet connection. They enter their name and an email address with the message. Nothing has to be downloaded.

Can people who missed the funeral still sign?

Yes. Send them the memorial link and they can write from home, on the day or months afterwards.

What stops an unkind or spam message appearing?

Each entry is checked automatically before it is shown, and you can hide or delete any message from the Memorial Hub. You can also close the page to new messages whenever you choose.

Can only the guests at the service be allowed to write?

Yes. In the privacy settings, posting can be limited to people who scan the private QR code, so only those who were handed the code can add a message.

We are a funeral home. Is there a guest book for our services?

Yes. Funeral homes in our network get a signed guest book for each service, with a printable PDF to give the family.
