Forever In Our Hearts

Memorial websites

Create a Memorial Website in Minutes

One web address for their story, their photos and the messages people want to leave. You don't need any design or technical skills.

What the Finished Website Looks Like

Every memorial website has the same sections, and you use the ones you want: an obituary, a timeline, a gallery, a page of tributes, and practical details such as the service and the resting place.

The picture shows part of the timeline from our example memorial, which follows one man's life from 1966 to 2024.

Photos Sorted Into Albums

Group photos and videos however the family thinks of them: holidays, work, the grandchildren. You can add as many as you like.

Set Up in Three Steps

  1. Enter the basics

Their name, their dates and one main photo are enough to begin. You can preview the result before you pay.

  2. Add what you have

Write the obituary, upload photos and add moments to the timeline. Any section can stay empty until you are ready for it.

  3. Send the address

Each memorial website has its own link and QR code. Share them by message or email, or print the code for the service.

Pay Once Instead of Every Year

A memorial website is meant to outlast a billing cycle. On a subscription, the page stays up only while someone keeps paying, and that job tends to land on one member of the family.

Here you make one payment when you create the memorial. Nothing is charged after that.

Questions About Memorial Websites

Is a memorial website the same as an online memorial?

Yes. Both names describe a web page for someone who has died, where family and friends can read about their life and add their own memories.

What is an online memorial? (Funeral Questions)
Do I have to build or host anything?

No. The website is put together from what you type and upload, and hosting is part of the one payment. There is no software to install and no design work.

Can I look at it before paying?

Yes. Enter the name, dates and main photo in the Memorial Hub and you will see a preview. You pay when you want to complete and publish it.

Can relatives add their own photos and stories?

They can post tributes, each with a message and a photo, without creating an account. The obituary, timeline and gallery are edited from your Memorial Hub account.

Who can see the memorial website?

That is up to you. It can be open to anyone, or you can keep sections such as the gallery for people you have sent the private link or code to. The setting can be changed later.

What happens to the website in ten or twenty years?

It stays online. The price covers the memorial for life, so no one in the family has to remember to renew it.

Need to Share the Funeral Details First?

Start with an obituary page and let it grow into the full memorial afterwards. See online obituaries.
